ESTIMATED SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

SHOP | SLO® prides itself in its sustainable global production practices. With anything good it takes time to produce. Due to the nature of the handmade, one-of-a-kind production, and the locations of where products are made, estimated shipping times are subject to availability of products and/or the artisan’s availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a new shipment date. At that time you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. We will do our best to keep you updated on issues that arise due to any back up in production. If there is a problem, we will alert you as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return your item(s) in its original condition and packaging within fifteen (15) days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. Please contact us HERE and we will be happy to help you out.

Damages: Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and contact us HERE to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.

PRODUCT VARIATION

Textiles & Wool: Variation and imperfection in weave, fiber size, color, shad and overall look are normal characteristics and are not considered a manufacturing defect.

Color note: Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors or shades, textures, and other features are provided by the manufacturer; SHOP | SLO® assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, for variance, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect.

PAYMENT

Credit Cards: In the event of a disputed credit card charge, which is ultimately found to have been legitimate or which otherwise finds, in whole or in part, in favor of SHOP | SLO®, the customer shall be responsible for all attorneys' fees and costs borne by SHOP | SLO®. The terms of any purchase from or dispute with SHOP | SLO® shall be governed by Colorado law, and any litigation arising out of such dispute shall be brought in the State of Colorado, County of Denver, in the district governing the City of Denver.
