Vintage Souk Wool Basket

Vintage Souk Wool Basket

Made by the Berber tribe of the Atlas Mountains, these baskets are traditionally used to carry dough and bread to and from the public bakeries – a daily custom in Morocco.  Today, these baskets add a pop of color and adorn homes to bring a vintage bohemian style to any space.  Baskets are crafted by artisans using locally sourced raffia, and handwoven with wool to create one-of-a-kind designs.  We love to use these as space savers for cables and accessories!  Each basket is uniquely made and numbered by collection.  Due to the craftsmanship process, each basket will have a slight variation in color and pattern.
